VSG: Weight Loss Surgery

 Hello everyone,

    Wow, 2023 is coming to a close, and it's honestly insane how much has changed. I got a major surgery this year called a VSG or Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy. Which is a gastric sleeve surgery that restricts your food intake, resulting in weight loss. I got my surgery on June 27th, 2023 and wow, has it been a journey! I’ll state my stats below and hope this can help the journey. I'll recommend apps for your phone to help stay on track. 

• Starting Weight (SW): 303
• Surgery Weight: 284
• Current Weight (CW): 231.1
• Total Weight Loss So Far: 77.1

    In the next few blog posts, I'll explain all the steps from start to finish of how I got into my doctor's office and what was done after insurance approved it! I hope all my post will help!

     Hey how everyone how are you? I hope all is well! I'm so sorry for going MIA for such a long time. Well a lot happened from the last post. First thing is I HAD A BABY!!! After two miscarriages we finally had our new baby boy! He was born November 2nd, 2019 at 5:34 am via c-section. He was a repeat c-section that was actually scheduled for November 4th but he came when he wanted to! I'll write another post on my birth story. It's finally COLD!

     Hey everyone long time no talk! Sorry I've been missing for a while. Just been really busy getting stuff done for my family. I'm sure you all understand! Well let's begin with saying ITS FINALLY GETTING COLD OUTSIDE!!! YAYYYY! I've been loving the summer but I'm overly excited for the holidays, especially Halloween! Which so happens to be 4 days after my birthday! But yes I've already started buying the Halloween decorations and the mugs! I moved into my new home in November of 2017 so I've been dying to decorate it! I'm so excited! Let me know how you feel and if your excited as well!

     Yes we are back at that same topic again! Damn it's hard as hell trying to lose weight! It's like damn throw me a bone weight loss Gods!! AHHHHH! But yes I have gained weight again because I just got back from vacation from Myrtle Beach, SC with my husband. It was nice and romantic but I did eat a lot which I am not happy about. My husband has been saying that I need to let things go and start over. Yes he's right! Yes I had a blast and ate whatever I wanted. I defiantly drank whatever I wanted because we had NO KIDS! But I feel like complete garbage. I have jumped right back into my weight loss journey. GOD HELP ME! I'll keep you all updated. Thank you for joining me and enjoy the ride!!!

Mercari Buyer Drama!

     Hey back with another blog! This time I'm here somewhat blogging and VENTING! Ahhhh Mercari! I had this one buyer who straight out pissed me off! I had two orders of iPhone cases for two separate customers. I made the mistake of sending the wrong case to the wrong customer. I really felt so bad about it once I realized what I did wrong. So this customer really went on a rampage over what happened. She spoke to me like I was an idiot. So for the first time EVER I flipped at a customer. I told her to relax it was an accident that happens. I didn't do it to mess up her day or piss her off. It was a genuine accident. She then demanded a full refund and demanded to keep the case! Ummmm?...NO! I told her that she had to give me my case back and I'll issue you a refund. She said she sent it back to me which is annoying because there are proper channels via Mercari to do that and she won't. I swear the drama with some people! Thank God I don't need to deal with her again!

     Oh and if your wondering about the other customer, I contacted her and told her the issue and she was so sweet about it. I explained it was a mistake and she was so nice and understanding. So I told her if she likes the wrong case she's getting now then she can keep it. The "wrong case" is more expensive and if she enjoyed it more she can keep it. She was so happy about it!
