 Hello everyone,      Wow, 2023 is coming to a close, and it's honestly insane how much has changed. I got a major surgery this year called a VSG or Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy. Which is a gastric sleeve surgery that restricts your food intake, resulting in weight loss. I got my surgery on June 27th, 2023 and wow, has it been a journey! I’ll state my stats below and hope this can help the journey. I'll recommend apps for your phone to help stay on track.  Starting Weight (SW): 308.2 Surgery Weight: 284 Current Weight (CW): 231.1 Total Weight Loss So Far: 77.1     In the next few blog posts, I'll explain all the steps from start to finish of how I got into my doctor's office and what was done after insurance approved it! I hope all my post will help!
