Panniculectomy!
Hello everyone, So here we are at the next steps to my weight loss process with VSG! Just to recap I had my surgery done on June 27 of 2023. It is the most wonderful decision I have ever made in my life. I am so happy that life has changed for the best! I not only feel AMAZING, but I'm also mentally happy with the dedication I've shown for the surgery to succeed. Yes, I have been stuck at 182 pounds for the past month, but I am completely ok with that, considering I've lost 125 pounds in 13 months! My goal weight is 160, and I plan to accomplish this by October. I want to accomplish this goal by October because I'm seeing a plastic surgeon for a panniculectomy. I don't want my plastic surgeon to tell me I need to hit goal before getting the surgery. I don't blame him because you shouldn't have two skin removal surgeries (unless medically necessary).
